Team Sky number one rider Bradley Wiggins has hut out at the decision by the Court of Arbitration for Sport's to postpone yet again the case of doping involving 2010 Tour De France winner Alberto Contador (pictured below).

The case postponed from next week now looks likely to be heard in November so that evidence from all parties can be completed.

Speaking about the postponement, Bradley Wiggins has been reported as saying: "Whether he's innocent or guilty it's almost irrelevant now, a decision needs to be made either way.

"It's not fair on the events he's competing in.

"He had an outcome on the Tour de France last week, one way or another.

"If he's innocent, fair enough, he should be allowed to race. But if he's not then it isn't fair."
