Coventry Blaze defenceman Steven Chalmers has renewed his contract with the Play-Off champions and will be part of the Blaze squad for the 2015/2016 season.
Director of Hockey Operations James Pease said to the Blaze website: “We are really excited to have Steven with us for the 2015/16 campaign. He has had a difficult time recovering from his broken leg but has shown great determination and commitment to get himself back to full fitness and establish himself in a regular position.
"He had a great finish to the year and really showed in the Play-Offs why he is one of the best British defencemen in the Elite League.
"We are looking forward to seeing Steven develop and I feel that this will be a real break out year for him”.
