Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey team were beaten 4-3 at Cardiff Devils tonight.
The Blaze had taken a lead on 7.51, thanks to Craig Cescon finding the net, assisted by Steve Goertzen and Ashley Tait.
In the second period, which produced a number of fights, Steve Goertzen scored a second with a goal on the powerplay on 39.12 with assists for Lee and O'Marra.
Cardiff pulled a goal back on 43.14 through Haddad, assisted by Culligan and Walton and then levelled on 47.37, when Hudson scored, assisted by Martin and Morrisette.
On 49.40, Stewart left his net unminded and Cardiff had a third goal when Walton fired home, assisted by Haddad and Morrisette who hit the fourth on the powerplay on 56.30.
With 45 seconds of the game left, the Blaze pulled a goal back through Ben Arndt but it was not enough and Coventry had lost.
