Coventry Blaze beat Fife Flyers 6-4 at the Sky Dome tonight.

The Blaze were three goals up in the opening period when Ben Arnt scored after 24 seconds with a penalty shot and added a second on 5.28, assisted by Russ Cowley with a third for Jakub Sindel on 13.38, assisted by Cowley and Arnt.

The second period saw Fife come back with goals from Gunn (26.34), Fulton (29.38) and Chaumont with a powerplay goal on 36.05.

Fife took the lead with a powerplay goal from Lukacevic on 41.07 but two goals from Craig Cecson, the first on 42.25, assisted by Tanaka and Goertzen and the second on 48.06, assisted by O'Marra and Tanaka, had Coventry back in front before Cale Tanaka finished off proceedings with an empty net goal on 59.09, assisted by Goertzen and O'Marra.
