Bees Win At Belle Vue

Coventry Bees won 53-40 at Belle Vue tonight.

The Bees had to use rider replacement for Ben Barker and had Arron Summers and Max Clegg guesting but Hans Andersen and Summers were able to take a 5-1 win in the opening heat.

Jason Garrity took a win in a 4-2 in the second heat but in heat three, Chris Harris had his bike pack up and Belle Vue rode to a 5-1 win.

After a 3-3, Kenneth Hansen rode for a 5-1 to see the Bees 18-12 ahead, which after a 3-3 went out to a ten point lead when Garrity and Hansen rode for a 5-1.

In a re-run heat eight which saw Scott Nicholls with a tactical ride and Garrity's excluded, Belle Vue took an 8-1 win.

Garrity was back in the next heat and won in a 5-1 and after a 3-3, Andersen and Hansen took a 5-1.

Belle Vue had a 4-2 but the Bees came back with two 5-1's and although Belle Vue took the last heat 5-1, the Bees won by thirteen points.
