Bees Lose By Two Points At Kings Lynn

Coventry Bees Speedway team were beaten 46-44 at Kings Lynn Stars tonight.

The Bees, riding off gates one and three at the Adrian Flux Arena, had Krzysztof Kasprzak win in the opening heat to take a 4-2 lead. However, that was wiped out when the home side took a 5-1 win in the second.

Danny King won in a 3-3 which was followed by a 5-1 to Kings Lynn and Jason Garrity winning in a 3-3.

The Bees were six points down but reduced that in heat six when Krzysztof Kasprzak and Chris Harris won in a 5-1 before being cancelled out with another 5-1 to Kings Lynn thanks to a win from Niels Kristian Iversen.

Two 3-3;s were followed by another win for Krzysztof Kasprzak in a 4-2 with Iversen getting past Harris to take heat eleven and give Kings Lynn a 4-2.

Josh Bates took a win in a 5-1 heat twelve victory for the Bees and then Krzysztof Kasprzak won in a 3-3.

In heat fourteen, there was a big pile up which saw Rory Schlein and Kacper Woryna taken to hospital and a 4-2 win for the home side.

Krzysztof Kasprzak won the final heat to earn a paid maximum with five wins from five rides but the 4-2 win was not enough to stop the Bees from going down to a 46-44 defeat.
