Bees Lose At Swindon

Coventry Bees Speedway Team were beaten 47-43 at Swindon Robins tonight.

The Bees had Chris Harris riding and took a 3-3 from the first heat before James Sarjeant and Jason Garrity won the second heat in a 5-1.

Swindon came back with two 4-2 heat wins either side of a 3-3 to level the scores at fifteen all before a 4-2 win for the Bees in heat six, thanks to a win for Hans Andersen had Coventry back in front.

After four 3-3's, Swindon were back in front with a 5-1 and then took a 4-2 after Sarjeant had fallen.

A re-run 3-3 which saw Andersen break his finger and have to be replaced by Garrity was followed both a 5-1 for Swindon and a 5-1 for the Bees but Swindon won and the Bees took a point.
