Bees Beaten At Home By Wolverhampton

Coventry Bees were beaten 52-38 by Wolves tonight at Brandon.

The Bees had Martin Knuckey guesting and took the first heat, which was re-run 5-1 with both sides then taking a 4-2..

As Knuckey was checked over by a Doctor after crashing in heat two, Heat five was a 3-3.

Knuckey's injuries were such that he was withdrawn and Wolves took heat six 4-2 followed by two 3-3's and a 5-1 to Wolves to see the Bees down by four points.

Three more 3-3's were followed by a 4-2 for Wolves and then two 5-1's as the Bees went down to another defeat.
