Bees Beat Belle Vue

Coventry Bees Speedway team beat Belle Vue 48-42 at Brandon tonight.

The Bees fielded a full strength side and took the opening heat 5-1 with a win for Hans Andersen and Stuart Robson.

After a 3-3, Danny King won in a 4-2 due to Chris Harris not being able to get past Scott Nicholls.

Former Bees rider Kyle Howarth rode to a win in a 4-2 for Belle Vue in heat five but in heat six, Joonas Kylmakorpi won in a 5-1 to see the Bees 21-15 up.

Two 3-3's were followed by Jason Garrity winning in a 4-2 and after two more 3-3's Garrity rode to victory in heat twelve in a 5-1.

The Bees were 42-30 up but this was the last heat they won as Zagar took the win in a 4-2 for the visitors who had a 3-3 and then won 5-1 in the final heat.

Thankfully, the Bees had enough points and won the meeting by six points.
