Coventry Bears Rugby League team were beaten 28-20 at Blackbrook this afternoon.
In St Helens, Coventry took the lead with an Alex Brown try after ten minutes.
Blackwood levelled fifteen minutes later but Coleman had Cov back in front with a try before the home side ran in a try to see Cov 12-10 down at half time.
Blackwood ran in three tries in the second half before Liam Scott and Tom Tsang came back with tries which were not enough to stop Coventry from losing.
