Ashley Tait has said that he is proud to have played five hundred times for Coventry Blaze in all competitions.
Tait reached the milestone on Saturday night against Cardiff Devils and he told the Blaze website: "As ever with these things you don't really know until you walk in. [Coach] Chuck [Weber] was giving his pre-game chat and he mentioned it.
"I am honoured to have been here for that many games."
