Lances Armstrong has said that he will not be contesting the action being brought against him by the US Anti-Doping Agency.
In the early hours of this morning, Armstrong issued a letter explaining that he does not recognise the US Anti-Doping Agency and if he were to be stripped of his seven Tour De France wins then the only ones capable of this are the world cycling body UCI.
