Lance Armstrong has finally admitted to doping.

Speaking on the Oprah Winfrey show from Austin, Texas, which was broadcast in the UK on the Discovery channel after being recorded on Monday,, Armstrong, who had persistently denied doping throughout his career, said that he had taken banned substances including EPO and he had blood doped and used other things including cortizones.

During the seven Tour De France's he won, he had admitted that he had doped and said it was not in his possible to win the race without doping.

He also admitted that the truth was not what he said and all the blame lies with him and he was sorry that he did not stop the culture of doping.

"It's too late for probably most people, and that's my fault. I viewed this situation as one big lie that I repeated a lot of times. "The sport is now paying the price and I'm sorry for that," Armstrong, who admitted to being  clean for his comeback, said.
