Magnus Cort Neilsen took his second victory in this year's Tour Of Denmark when he won the fourth stage on Saturday.

A 105km stage from Høng to Asnæs saw Rasmus Guldhammer (Blue Water Cycling) and Kristoff Goddaert (IAM Cycling) get away and stay clear until they were swept up with forty kilometres remaining.

The stage moved on to three laps of 12.3kms and in the closing stages, Sacha Modolo of Bardiani made a bid for victory. However, he was caught some 500 metres from the finish and Magnus Cort Neilsen of the Team Cult Energy rode away to win in a time of 2.19.57 beating Sonny Colbrelli of Bardiani and Vacansoleil's Pim Ligthart.

Race leader Matti Breschel finished ninth and goes into the final stage still leading the race.
