Another Strong Field For Tour Of Oman

There will be another strong field for the Tour Of Oman which starts on Tuesday.

Many of those who completed the Tour Of Qatar last week including Fabian Cancellera, Daniele Bennati and Heinrich Haussler will compete along side British riders Roger Hammond, Ian Stannard, Jeremy Hunt, Russell Downing, Mark McNally and Andrew Fenn along with Irish riders Mark Cassidy and Sam Bennett.

The race starts in as Sawadi on Tuesday, with the first stage which is 158km long to Al Seeb.

Wednesday stage is from The Wave at Muscat to Al Wutayya and is 139km long. Thursday's stage is 208km around Sur with Friday's 157km Sultan Qaboos University to Jabal al Akhdhar. Saturday's stage is an individual time trial around Al Jissah and the race finishes on Sunday with a 157km stage from Quarayyat to Mattrah Seafront.
