Peter Sagan won the fifth stage of the Tour Of Poland this afternoon.

Stage five started and finished in the winter ski resort of Zakopane and was 210km long and featured ten climbs over five mountains.

Big crowds saw Polish rider Marek Rutkiewicz of CCC Polska, break clear with 25kms to go after a five man break had been mopped up by the peleton.

The Pole was caught with 8kms to go and with the line coming into sight, race leader Peter Sagan shot away to claim his second successive TOP victory in a time of 4hr 52 mins and 27 seconds.

Team Sky's Peter Kennaugh was fifth.
