The annual Godiva Festival at the Memorial Park in Coventry starts tonight.

The Festival opens up with the traditional Friday night Godiva Unsigned grand final in the Rhythm Tent.
The top six bands who have worked their way through the heats and semi finals in live venues across the city, battle it out for one last time to see who will become the overall winner.
Not only is the title of Godiva Unsigned 2013 champions up for grabs, but the winners also get the distinction of opening the main stage on Saturday afternoon.

Friday night is Comedy Night in the Paradise Tent. Carey’s nightclub bring you some of the very best up and coming performers on the comedy scene right now, all of whom are guaranteed to get you rolling in the aisles.
