Time To Remember Those Who Suffered In Coventry Blitz

Last updated : 08 November 2008 By Covsupport News Service
Covsupport News Service is pleased to back calls for a minute's silence ahead of next Saturday's home game with Plymouth Argyle to remember those who perished or suffered in the Coventry Blitz.

554 men, women and children died during the ten hour bombing on November 14th 1940 and 865 others were injured, as Coventry was sacrificed for the war effort.

Plymouth suffered heavy bombing and a minute's silence will give their supporters chance to remember those who died or suffered in their City.

Feel free to discuss this on the various City message boards.
