Leamington FC are tasting their first ever relegation since the club was formed.
The Brakes, who have progressed all the way from the Midland Combinaton Division 2, needed a win against FA Trophy winners North Ferriby United at the New Windmill, needed a win to maintain their Conference North status.
Leamington went a goal down in the 34th minute but were level a minute before half-time through Danny Newton.
Hicks fired Leamington ahead in the 59th minute but a goal in the 69th minute meant that the Brakes were relegated.
