Rugby Town have accepted the resignation of manager James Jepson with immediate effect.
James handed in his resignation shortly after the club's 0-6 FA Cup 2nd Qualifying Round defeat to Brackley Town due to personal reasons.
Former VS player Gary Moran has been placed in temporary charge whilst the hunt is on for a new manager.
