Easter Egg Collection For Local Coventry Children's Charities

Last updated : 23 March 2010 By Tencton Promotions

Easter egg collection for a fabulous cause.

The Lower Precinct Shopping Centre has teamed up with Mercia this Easter to collect Easter eggs for local children's charities. To make sure every child across Coventry & Warwickshire is able to celebrate Easter with their own chocolate egg, we need your help to collect as many as we can.

Mark Dixon, Manager of the Lower Precinct said, "This is the time of year when the shops are absolutely full of Easter eggs. We are asking people when they buy their own eggs, that you spare a thought for the children who may not automatically receive such a gift. We are asking you to buy maybe one or two extra eggs, and place them in the collection box. This is such a great cause, and so easy to take part in".

Collection boxes are placed in the following Lower Precinct outlets, The Sony Centre, Jacques Vert, The Entertainer, New Look, Supercuts and Home Bargains. Drop off your Easter eggs before March 31st.

If you can afford it, we'd love your help with this!

Once we have collected all the eggs, they will be taken to local hospitals and children's centres in Coventry & Warwickshire, so even more children can receive an Easter egg this Easter.
