Last updated : 10 July 2015 By CULFC

Coventry United Ladies have been working very hard to appoint individuals to ensure we have a strong backroom staff environment as this will then aid the best possible results on the pitch for the club.

We have now confirmed the first team Head Coach Paul Iannaccone and Assistant Manager Michael Foy. They are both ambitious professionals and are really keen to get the season started. They will both be in charge for the first pre season friendly this weekend against Bradford City.

Along with Paul and Mick, Ian Ray will also be taking up a match day assistant role for the first team. This will be jobs such as greeting the opposition and officials. Ensuring a smooth running of match day and making sure everything is done as professionally as we can. Ian has had many years in football and is excited to be onboard with a professional and determined club.

Jay Bradford has taken up the role of Reserve team Manager along with her Assistant Leanne Mckenna. Both have been involved with the club for over 10 years. They have experienced life as a player and also as a member of staff which holds them in good stead for the approaching season. They will both be taking charge of their first friendly next Wednesday against Leamington Lions.

Abi Foster has taken up the role of Reserve Team match day Assistant. Abi is currently studying a sport management course at Coventry University. We are delighted to have her experience in and around the club. Abi will also be greeting opposition and officials and ensuring a smooth running of match days.

Reece Lewis and Kristian Lambeth have filled our vacancies of strength and conditioning coaches. They have great experience and are very excited to get started. They will be in and around training every week to ensure our players can perform to the best of their ability.

We are thrilled to have all of our vacancies filled for this upcoming season. Each member of staff bring something different and new to the club which is great to have in our new exciting future as CULFC.
