Coventry United Ladies were beaten 3-1 on penalties by Sporting Club Albion in the final of the Birmingham County FA Women's Cup Final.

At Leamington FC, the club which in their previous life as Coventry City Ladies had won the last four finals and who, set the new County Cup record with a 35-0 win over Leamington Lions this season under their new name, failed to find the net in a goal-less first half.

The few chances in the second half fell to Albion but with no goals, the match went to penalties.

Cov failed to score with three spot kicks and Clarke scored the decisive penalty to send Cov to a 3-1 penalties defeat.
