Coventry rugby club have been docked 15 points after they went into administration.

The move follows Coventry rugby club's disclosure to the RFU that the club had been placed into administration on 4th December. Under RFU rules,  any Guinness Premiership, Championship or National League club suffering financial problems will automatically lose points.

Coventry rugby club will now drop to 11th in the Championship on seven points, just  one place above Birmingham & Solihull who have also suffered a 15-point deduction for going into administration earlier in the season..
