Covsupport News Service send our congratulations to Coventry Music Historian and CNS contributor Pete Chambers on being named A Coventry Good Citizen.
Pete, who has put together the Coventry Music Museum and been involved in a number of Coventry based musical projects over the years, was presented with the award, this afternoon by the Lord Mayor of Coventry at a full Coventry City Council meeting at the Council House.
A delighted Pete said: "CHUFFED” is not the word, I can now reveal, that today I was awarded “ A Good Citizen Award” for my services to Coventry. I believe there has only ever been 60 of these handed out, so to be recognised by the city I love, is just amazing!!!"
