Another Book Signing For Two Tone Two

Local author and music historian Pete Chambers, will be signing copies of his new book 2-Tone-2 in Waterstones, Cathedral Lanes.

"This will be a signing with a difference" explains Pete, "to recreate a bit of the Coventry Ska spirit that I talk about so much in this book, we have local Ska king Pete Ryder in store to perform some live Ska". "We did it recently at Borders, and it was a complete success, the interest created was priceless".

On top of that there will also be a couple of exclusive goody bag for two lucky customers, "The bags were only made for the books launch" explains Pete, "and there's no other way of getting hold of one, except winning one on Saturday, so get your black and white on, and come on down".

2-Tone-2, Dispatches From the 2-Tone City-30 Years On,costs £6.99, and is the fifth local music book from the author, the books foreword was written by Specials guitarist Lynval Golding.

This event is on Saturday (15th November), from 12.00pm, at Waterstones Cathedral Lanes, Coventry, before Coventry City take on Plymouth Argyle at the Ricoh Arena at 3pm.
