We Have The Opportunity To Bounce Back - McSheffey

Coventry Sphinx manager Danny McSheffrey says his side must take the opportunity to bounce back after going down to a late penalty in their opening Midland Alliance fixture at Loughborough University on Saturday.

Sphinx take on Alvechurch at Sphinx Drive tonight and the manager told the CT: "We have the opportunity to bounce back at home. "I'll be looking for the same level of performance in front of our supporters and that first win to get our season up and running."



McSheffrey expects to add defender Terry Ward and new striker Kelvin Phillips to his squad after both missed Saturday's defeat.

Kick off is at 7.45pm.
