Coventry Sphinx left it until the second half to record a terrific 4-1 victory at Highgate United this afternoon.
The opening forty minutes of this Midland Alliance fixture did not bring any goals but in the 56th minute, the Sphinx support had something to cheer when Pawel Tomczek found the net.
The Pole added a second in the 67th minute and although Highgate pulled one back in the 72nd minute, Tomczek did not disappoint by completing his hat-trick in the 84th minute.
Two minutes from time, Tomczek's fellow strike partner Luke Williams hit a fourth to record another good victory for Sphinx who are at home to Studley on Tuesday night,
