Sphinx Go Down To Loughborough defeat

Coventry Sphinx went down to a 2-0 home defeat to Loughborough University toniight in a re-arranged Midland Alliance fixture.

Sammy McVicker scored in the 5th minute and after the visitors had missed a penalty, he scored a second in the 75th minute.

Sphinx are at home to Highgate United in a Midland Alliance game on Saturday. Kick off is at 3pm.
