Coventry Sphinx have appointed Craig Herbert as a coach.
Craig Herbert brings a wealth of experience with him having joined from Rugby Town where he was Assistant Manager.
He spent years at Rugby Town as a centre back after his professional career was cut short with his former clubs including West Bromwich Albion, Shrewsbury and Torquay.
He's still a reasonably young man at 39 and he appears to be a really good addition to the back room team.
