U18's Win At Portsmouth

Coventry City U18's were in action this morning at Portsmouth.

The final score was a 3-2 win for the Sky Blues.

Portsmouth took the lead through Du Chatterlier in the fifth minute but Shaun Jeffers leveled three minutes later.

In the 16th minute, Du Chatterlier tapped in to give the home side the lead and Rob Ogleby had a goal disallowed before Callum Wilson was carried off with a shoulder injury.

The free kick hit a defender in the wall and the referee decided that the ball had been handled and gave City a penalty. Ashley Cain stepped up and sent City into the break level.

With ten minutes left, Ashley Cain pounced on a mistake and scored to give Greg Rioch's team the victory.
