The midfielder, who rose to prominence for City U18's last season, played as a sub against Norway, the full game of an 8-0 win against the Faroe Islands and the final against Scotland which England won 3-0.
Thomas, is not expected to be in the City U18's side which plays at Neath tonight. Kick off at The Gnoll is at 7pm and admission is £5 for adults.
