Coventry City U18's coach Jason Farndon has said that he is delighted to see Academy players coming through and playing for the first team.
Nine of the eleven players who ended the game at Wycombe Wanderers last week were players who were or are Academy products and speaking to Keiran Crowley, Farndon said: "It gives me a great pleasure to see our boys actually playing for the first-team as it is what my job is about, getting them ready for the manager to select them.
"They've been brilliantly coached throughout their time at the Academy and it is a great achievement for everyone who has had a hand in developing the talent at the club."
