Coventry City U21 coach Lee Glover has said that he is really happy for his players after they beat Birmingham City 1-0.
Speaking about the win to Keiran Crowley, Glover, for whom the win was his first since he took over from Jamie Clapham, said: "I'm really happy for the lads. We've got the win today but we played really well against Sheffield Wednesday last week and got nothing.
"The players showed the same application today and deserved the victory as a lot of the performances lately have been very good.
"Everyone likes to win of course and I know we talk about the development of players a lot but winning needs to be part of their development."
