Coventry City coach Jason Farndon said every City U21's player put in a good shift during the 1-1 draw with Leeds United.
Speaking to Matt Joyce, Farndon said: "I was really pleased with the team today.
"We had four trialists and that can be difficult at times but everyone bedded in together and worked extremely hard for the point today.
"We created much the better chances here and also showed good character and application after we were 1-0 down.
"Overall there is a lot of food for thought for the manager from today and everyone can be pleased with the shift they put in
