Coventry City Academy fielded a very young team in a match to give them experience of playing at a Football League stadium and they seized the opportunity beating Peterborough United 3-0.
At London Road tonight, Ben Maund scored in the ninth and 22nd minutes with one for Lewis Garner in the 35th minute in a game to prepare both sides for forthcoming matches in the FA Youth Cup.
City Academy Boss Gregor Rioch said; "Overall, it was a fantastic experience for the lads."
