Coventry City U23's picked up their first away win of the season with a 1-0 away to Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

With the first team game away to Bradford City tomorrow night, Jason Farndon fielded a changed team which saw Big Dave Bremang back up front and a return for Jack Grimmer after his injury.

Grimmer and Hickman both had chances early in the second half for City who took off Grimmer after an hour with Scott Dann also going off.

Bremang had a shot smartly saved in the 64th minute by Tupper.

Palace missed with a free header before Sam McCallum came on to aid the defence.
