Coventry City U23's finished fifth in the League Two South Section.
The 2-0 win over Queens Park Rangers on Thursday at the Ricoh Arena saw City finish fifth with 39 points from 29 games.
Crystal Palace, who have former City defender and caretaker manager Richard Shaw as s coach, romped the division finishing with 60 points, twelve points ahead of Charlton Athletic.
In the League Two play-off finals, Crystal Palace are at home to Nottingham Forest with Charlton Athletic away to Bolton Wanderers.
