City U21's Draw At Palace

Coventry City U21's drew 1-1 at Crystal Palace this afternoon

In a game at Tooting & Mitcham FC which kicked off slightly late, City had to make a 13th minute change when Ivor Lawton was injured in a collision with Dymond.

The tough tackling midfielder received treatment but was unable to continue and had to be replaced by Bas Sambou against a Palace side which hit the post in the 27th minute through Berkeley-Agyepong.

There were no goals in the first half but in the 55th minute, Palace took the lead through Aaron Bissaka.

However, twelve minutes later, City were awarded a penalty when Lokilo hacked down Dion Kelly-Evans and Lateef Elford-Alliyu scored to give City a 1-1 draw.
