Greg Rioch's side are still looking for their first win of 2011 and have dropped to ninth in the FA Academy League Group B table, following the last gasp defeat to Cardiff City last weekend.
City, who now play Watford at home on January 29th, take on a Birmingham side who are fourth in the table and one which had their game at MK Dons postponed last weekend.
Kick off at Wast Hills is at 12 noon not 11am as originally announced.
