Coventry City's Youth Team are in to FA Youth Cup Cup Fourth Round with a 1-0 win over Stoke City.

At Leamington tonight, a strong Sky Blues side had the better of the early play.

In the 20th minute, City were almost ahead when Bas Sambou who has scored all six of City's goals in this competition, sent an audacious thirty yard lob on to the crossbar and down onto the goal-line before it was cleared away.

City continued to be the better side playing the sort of football that they have done all season and in the 49th minute, they took the lead when Bas Sambou headed in from a Chris Camwell cross.

This was an excellent performance from City and they thoroughly deserved their place in Round Four.
