Below are the prices for these games and the times we will be leaving Coventry, all these times are departures from Coventry Swimming baths and there will be a pick up from the red Lion, Walsgrave roughly 15 minutes afterwards.
Blackpool
Due to it being the busiest weekend of the year up here the coach will be split between 2 different hotels, 1 which we have stayed in before and one which will be totally new to us. The former is a very basic hotel and will be £100 for the Friday and Saturday nights, including travel up there, match ticket and discount wristbands. If you wish to stay in the better hotel then it will be an extra £30 but will still have all of the above included in the price. I will require a £20 non refundable deposit and then the final £80/ £110 3 weeks prior to the game.
The coach will leave from Coventry Swimming baths at roughly 12pm on Friday 28th August and return at 2pm on Sunday 30th August. If you wish to stay on the Sunday night also please let me know and i'll see if it can be arranged.
Sheffield Wednesday
Prices for this game still need to be confirmed as there are some hotels that may be able to offer us a better deal due to it being a coach booking, a rough estimate however is £90 with that once again including travel, match ticket and hotel. Once again a £20 non refundable deposit then the final £70 must be paid 3 weeks prior to the game.
The coach will leave from Coventry swimming baths at 6pm Friday 16th October returning 1pm Sunday 18th October.
Ipswich
We ran a coach to here for the final game of last season and went well, we stopped in a pub just outside Ipswich which served breakfast and then headed to the ground which was a 10 minute drive away. For this i will i don't require a deposit but will need confirmation of numbers and full payment 3 weeks prior to the game. It will be £40 for coach and match ticket. The game is on the 16th January.
The coach will leave from coventry swimming baths at 9am and return straight after the game.
Bristol City
Like Sheffield the price for this still needs to be 100% confirmed but will be roughly £100 for match ticket, travel and accommodation. I will once again require a £20 non refundable deposit and then full payment 3 weeks prior.
The coach will leave at 2pm on February 5th and return at noon on Sunday 7th February.
Newcastle
Even though this is midweek then i am still looking at running a coach up to the game and stay over night and return on the Thursday morning. For the hotel for the night, travel and match ticket then it will be £80 and i will once again require a £20 non refundable deposit and the final £60 3 weeks prior to the game, this price may come down if i receive a better quote from another hotel.
The coach will leave at 11am on the 17th February retuning at 12 on Thursday the 18th.
Middlesboro
For the final game of the season we will be looking at running a coach up for just the day and stopping off at one or 2 pubs on the way to teeside, we will leave at 7.30am and head back straight after the game. It will cost £40 for coach and match ticket and like Ipswich i will not require a deposit for this but will need confirmation of numbers and the whole amount paid 3 weeks prior to the game. There will be a discount for anyone dressed in fancy dress for this game but will receive the money back on the coach.
Please note that all prices above are based on adults and will be slightly cheaper for children due to the match ticket, therefore please let me know if there will be any U16's travelling. Also there will be a discount if you attend all 6 of the above matches on our coach.
