If you fancy watching Coventry City play away at Peterborough United on Friday March 25th and want to travel by train, there are options.

From Coventry, you can get a train to Birmingham New Street and then change for a train to Peterborough which takes an hour and 52 minutes. The train also calls at Nuneaton thirty minutes after it's departure from Birmingham New Street, so that might be easier for some of you.

Leaving from Coventry at 13.42, 14,42, 15,42 and 16.42 will all get you to London Road for kick off.

Coming back, there is one train which leaves Peterborough at 21.59 and may mean, leaving a few minutes from time as it is a twenty minute walk to the train station. This train arrives in Nuneaton at 23.14 and 23.42 at Birmingham New Street, giving you twelve minutes to catch the 23.54 back to Coventry which arrives at 00.16.

For those heading back to London, there is a train to Kings Cross at 22.12 arriving at 23.11.

Directions from train station to the Abax Stadium - Peterborough railway station is around a mile away from the ground. Turn right out of station and follow the main road, passing an Asda store on your right. At the traffic lights near to the Rivergate Shopping Centre, turn right. Go over the bridge and you can see the floodlights of London Road, over on your left
