BY Car
From the North (A19)

Exit the A19 at signpost Hartlepool A179 and turn left onto the A179. Follow signs to Hartlepool for 1.3 miles over two roundabouts. At third roundabout turn right (s/p Town Centre, Docks A179) onto Easington Road. Follow Town Centre A179 signs for 1.5 miles over two roundabouts. At third roundabout (easily recognised by the big balls!) turn right onto Marina Way. At the next roundabout there are two choices - straight on and left to the parking at Jackson's Wharf in the marina area, or right and then left at the lights into Clarence Road to the ground.

From the South (A19)
Exit the A19 at signpost Hartlepool A689, Motorway A1(M). At roundabout turn right (s/p Hartlepool A689) and continue on the A689 for 4.3 miles, through the village of Newton Bewley, to the roundabout by the Owton Lodge pub. Go straight on (s/p Town Centre A689) and follow Town Centre signs for 2.8 miles, over two roundabouts. At the traffic lights just past the Blacksmiths Arms on your left, go straight on. At the next traffic lights go straight on again over the bridge into the new marina complex and straight on again at the roundabout into Marina Way. This is the area for the Jackson's Wharf parking. To get to the ground itself continue to the next roundabout and turn left (s/p The North A179, A1048). Turn left at the lights into Clarence Road to the ground. Should the A689 be closed - carry on along A19 until the A179 (see From the North).

From the Railway Station (Hartlepool)
It is about half a mile by foot to the ground. Walk out of the station to the main road (Church Street) and turn right. Follow the road and the floodlights come into view. Cross the main A179 and bear right into Clarence Road to the ground. Parking There's a car park behind the Niramax Stand and street parking around Raby Road. Please keep valuables out of sight!

Coach from White Street at 1pm.

By Car; From The South:Leave the M1 at Junction 15A and take the A43 towards Northampton and you will come to the ground on your right.

From The North:Leave the M1 at Junction 16 and take the A45 towards Northampton and you will come to the ground on your right.

There is a fair sized car park located at the ground, which costs £4. Make sure though that you arrive early as it has been known for it to get full for the more popular games. Parking in the nearby cinema and restaurant car parks is not allowed, and parking there will probably result in your car being given a £60 ticket, or worse still clamped! So make sure that you only use the official football parking provided at the ground.

By Train, Northampton train station is over two miles from the ground, so it is probably best getting a taxi. There is an hourly train service from Coventry.

If you want to walk it:  'Come out of the main station entrance, go across the car park, up the steps and then turn right onto Black Lion Hill. Go over the railway bridge, and straight on along St James' Road. At the HSS Hire outlet (and the handily placed Thomas A. Beckett pub on the opposite corner) turn left onto St James' Mill Road. After about 400 yards turn right at the Fabric Warehouse (opposite Jewson) onto Harvey Reeves Road, which further on becomes Edgar Mobbs Way. After about a mile this road brings you out at Sixfields Stadium,

SWINDON TOWN V COVENTRY CITY
SATURDAY DECEMBER 21ST AT 3PM
AT THE COUNTY GROUND, COUNTY ROAD, SWINDON, WILTSHIRE, SN1 2ED

TRAVEL
Travelling from the East and West:
Leave the M4 at Junction 15. Take the Commonhead Roundabout. Turn left onto the A4259 Marlborough Road.

Take the 2nd exit at the roundabout onto Queens Drive. At the next set of roundabouts take the 3rd exit onto County Road the entrance to the ground is on the first right.

Travelling from the Midlands: Take the Fosse Way A429 to Cirencester, A 417, then A419 towards Swindon. Off at A4312 for a miles and a half. At Drakes Roundabout, take the A4259. At The Magic Roundabout follow signs Cirencester A419 onto A4259 for County Road.

Take the M40 to Junction 9. Then take the A43, A34 and then the A420 into Swindon.

At Drakes' Roundabout turn onto Queen's Drive. At the next set of roundabouts take 3rd exit onto County Road, the entrance to the stadium is the first right.

Travelling by train:

From the front of the station turn left onto Station Road. Facing the White House pub, head right onto Corporation Street.

At the traffic lights turn left onto Manchester Road. At the end of Manchester Road turn right onto County Road. The entrance to the stadium is the second left. This walk should take approx 10 minutes.

Parking:
There are limited spaces available at the County Ground, but there are several Town centre car park situated 1 / 2 miles from the stadium. There is nearby street parking and several match day car parks.
