What to do if your tickets for Coventry City's EFL League Two Play-Off Final against Exeter City at Wembley Stadium have not arrived.
- E-mail ccfctickets@ticketmaster.co.uk – with subject line ‘Duplicate Request’.
Please include full name and address of the account used to book the tickets, and also the specific seats that require duplicates.
If the person who booked the tickets is not attending, please specify the name of the person who will be collecting the tickets.
e-mails will be picked up until 5pm Sunday.
Fans will then be required to visit the West Ticket Office from 11am on the day to collect replacements. ID will be required to collect tickets.
For Ticketfast print at home tickets, they can log into their online account, go to the My Account section, click on the booking and from there they can click “resend email” and this will resend their email confirmation and Ticketfast ticket to the email address on their account.
