Coventry City supporters using the cashless system card are warned that if they top up on-line, they will be charged a service fee.

A service fee of £2.35 will be added to every transaction via the cashless payments website regardless of how much money you wish to put onto the card.

Season ticket holders are also advised that their £7 credit is only for the first three home matches of the season. Any money left on the card after the first three matches cannot be reclaimed as it is classed as a gift from the club.

Those who dont have season tickets but get a cashless payment card are advised that they expire on June 30th 2009 and you are advised to make sure that all outstanding money is claimed back on the last home game.

If you try to claim a refund via the website you will be charged £2 and refunds can be claimed at designated locations in and around the Arena or, alternatively, via postal return of the Cashless Payment Card to the Issuer at Payment Solution Services Limited, Ricoh Arena, 71 Phoenix Way, Coventry CV6 6GE.

There has been no official comment on whether the maximum annual refund limit which is €1,000 (or its Pounds Sterling equivalent) applies to a single person or all the City support.
