Some season ticket holders are still awaiting for their cards since early August and the club have had to invest in a machine to make the season ticket cards.
The problem is close to being sorted and those season ticket holders still waiting for their cards are advised to email Dan Walker dan.walker@ccfc.co.uk at the club, if they have not arrived by October 15th.
Those who have been issued with paper tickets for the Burnley and Derby games are advised to use them as they will over-ride the season ticket card.
