By Road Leave the M5 motorway at junction 18, travel along the Portway (A4) following the signs for Bristol Airport/Taunton (A38). Over the swing bridge (Brunel Way), branching left into Winterstoke Road, and left again at Cruickshanks Mercedes Garage for Ashton Gate.

Street parking is limited so please arrive early and adhere to parking restrictions. Alternatively call Youcanpark Ltd on 0871 200 3261 to pre-book limited secure parking (at BS3 2HA) and near the stadium for £3.50 per car.
By Air Only ten minutes, by car from Bristol International Airport. Call 01275 474444 for flight times.

By Rail Only five minutes by car from Bristol Temple Meads railway station. For information on train times please call the National Railway Enquiry Services on 08457 484950.

By Bus Buses are supplied by Abus 'Service A' which costs a flat rate of 50p. The buses pick-up one hour before kick-off from the following places - Temple Meads, Old Market (Temple Way), Haymarket, Centre, Anchor Road, Hotwells. The buses return to all those destinations after the match, leaving from Ashton Road, by the Greville Smyth Park.

Firstly hope as many of as possible can make the trip to Bristol. Be prepared to be searched by the stewards.

No booze is sold inside the ground. Regarding the food outlet in the ground its crap, staffed by agency staff whose purpose is to do as little as possible KFC can be seen from the away end(two minutes walk, honest) and sainsburys store is five minutes with restaurant

If you can buy yer tickets in advance you can get the discounts
If you are coming by road use M5 southbound to junction 18(avonmouth) then follow signs A4 bristol airport It looks the long way round but traffic in central Bristol is awfull

f you are coming by train there is a local service to parson street which will take you two thirds of the way to the ground
departure time from Bristol temple meads XX:50 past the hour

public transport to the ground is not a lot of cop

Finally the block of flats on the right hand side as you are in the away end is "the" block of flats in "fools and horses" The market scene where the footballers manaquins are cut into the wall are at the away end of the ground in the club car park.

THE LAST TIME
This is the 57th league and cup meeting of the two sides. City have won 18 matches and drawn twenty , scoring 83 goals compared to Bristol City's 81 .

Back in September, the game at the Ricoh Arena finished in a 1-1 draw with Leon Best's goal wiped out by one from Nicky Maynard.

Last season, City lost 2-0 at Ashton Gate and you have to go back to August 1976 for the last time Coventry won there. The teams for the 2-0 defeat last season were:

MATCH OFFICIALS
The currently appointed referee for Coventry City's Championship game at Bristol City is Graham Horwood from Bedfordshire.

The married man who thought being paid for refereeing when he was sixteen was better than a paper round, was promoted the list of panel referees in 2005 and the National list two years later.

He was in charge of City's 2-2 draw with Middlesbrough earlier this season and has had 21 games so far this season, issuing 67 yellow cards and four red.

Assistants are Martin Dexter from Leicestershire & Andrew Hutchinson from Cheshire The Fourth Official is Adam Nunn from Wiltshire.
