By car: Leave the M6 at junction 3. Take the A444 towards the City centre and at the first island go left and you will see the Ricoh Arena on your right.
By rail: For all train information call National Rail Enquiries on: 08457 48 49 50, but be warned Coventry station is a £10+ taxi ride away.
Parking: Parking restrictions will be imposed IF this game is expected to attract more than 10,000 spectators and the Residential Parking Scheme will be enforced. So take care where you park.
The Ricoh Arena are dealing with car parking at the ground.

MATCH OFFICIALS
The currently appointed referee for Coventry City’s League One game against Southend United is Darren Handley from Lancashire.
This is Mr Handley’s second season on the Football League list and the only City game he has refereed was the 0-0 home draw against Chesterfield in December 2014.
His assistants are John Law and Joe Clark. The Fourth Official is Ian Dudley..

THE LAST TIME
Monday night will see the 24th time that Coventry City have played Southend at home.
City have played Southend at Highfield Road and The Ricoh Arena and have won on twelve occasions with five draws and six defeats, scoring 48 goals to Southend’s 30.
City’s biggest win over Southend in Coventry was a 6-1 win at Highfield Road in 1927/28 and Southend’s biggest league win was a 5-2 to win in March 1964.
Southend last visited the Ricoh Arena on Saturday December 30th 2006. Elliott Ward put City ahead in the 11th minute only for Mark Gower to equalise in the 54th minute.

Coventry famously gave 2-Tone music to the world. Spawning bands like The Specials, The Selecter, Madness and The Beat. 2-Tone music, as influential as it was, is only a small reflection of the vast musical talents that Coventry can lay claim to.
