TRAVEL
By car: Leave the M6 at junction 3. Take the A444 towards the City centre and at the first island go left and you will see the Ricoh Arena on your right.

By rail: For all train information call National Rail Enquiries on: 08457 48 49 50, but be warned Coventry station is a £10+ taxi ride away. Take the 27 bus from the train station get off at Pool Meadow bus station and catch the 4 or 5 service. Or go out of doors and over the road by Sainsburys and get the 20, getting off the by Tescos.

The normal Park And Ride services will be operational.

Parking: Car parking is extremely restricted around the ground.

City supporters can now pay on the day to park at the Ricoh Arena before Coventry City home games. £10 will be charged to park in Car Park A and C with £7 for Car Park B.

Parking places are subject to availability and motorists will not be allowed to leave the car parks A & B for twenty minutes after the final whistle.

Park  And Ride
The park and ride site is at The Oak Pub  in Baginton near to Coventry Airport. I

Parking at the two park and walk sites at Christ the King Football Club in Wheelwright Lane and St Finbarrs and Wayside Business Park in Wilsons Lane.  Vehicles can park there for £5.50 per game.

Prices rise for tickets bought on the day so get once in advance if possible.

THE LAST TIME
This is the 25th game between the two sides. City have won only eight and drawn two. They have scored 24 goals compared to Blackpool's 33.

Earlier in the season, City lost 3-0 at Bloomfield Road. In the corresponding fixture last season, it was a 2-1 win for City with goals from Guillaume Beuzelin and Michael Mifsud cancelling out DJ Campbell's first half goal.

MATCH OFFICIALS
The currently appointed referee for this fixture is Dean Whitestone.

A member of the Northamptonshire R.A., the 31 year old started his refereeing in Northampton and is the son of a Class One Referee, who used to take him to matches. He was appointed to the Assistant Referees List in 2001 and the full Referees list in 2005/06.

His last match was Macclesfield's game against Morecambe on Tuesday night and his last City game was the 1-0 win against QPR last season.  He was also in charge of City's 1-1 draw against Southend on 30/12/06.  In those two matches a total of seven players were booked with no red cards shown.

Assistants are Steve Martin from Staffordshire & Rob Merchant from Staffordshire.   The Fourth Official is Guy Stretton from Leicestershire.
